Serviced Apartment Questions

Posh Pads believe service is key and below are a series of frequently asked questions and answers that we believe will provide guests with an overview of our services and how we work. If something is not here that you require an answer to then simply drop us an email or pick up the phone – nothing is too much trouble

Q. What are check in and check out times?
A. Check in is 3pm as standard, however should you arrive early you are more than welcome to leave your luggage with us until your apartment is ready. Check out is 11am. Late check outs may be available subject to the days arrivals and may be subject to an additional charge.

Q. Are there car parking facilities?
A. Yes, we have secure underground parking at a cost of £10 per car per night.

Q. Do you have cots for young children?
A. Cots are available for hire at no additional charge but must be arranged prior to arrival.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. No pets are allowed.

Q. What are your age restrictions and policies on groups?
A. We operate a over 21’s policy on all non corporate booking’s, photo ID may be required. We do not accept stag, hen or same sex groups as a rule however should you wish to discuss your requirements please speak with our general manager.

Q. Do you provide breakfast?
A. Breakfast hampers are available at £20 per hamper and must be pre ordered.

Q. When is payment due?
A. Full payment is due on arrival from a credit or debit card, you will also need to have a card for pre authorization. Peak dates may require a 50% deposit which is non refundable and non transferable.

Q. Can we book interconnecting apartments?
A. Unfortunately no apartments are interconnecting however apartments can be booked on the same floor at request.

Q. Do you have internet access?
A. We currently have internet access though USB devices. Devices must be reserved and are chargeable at £5 per 72 hours.

Q. Is there room service?
A. Room service is not available. However breakfast hampers can be pre-ordered for your apartment along with any drinks. We can also reserve you a table at top Liverpool restaurants often with discount.
