We had a lovely time in Liverpool and on the whole had a good time at Posh Pads. The best part of our stay was:-
- The warm welcome and the very helpful nature of all the staff at Posh Pads
- The clean rooms
- The very well stocked kitchen (with utensils/crockery/gadgets etc)
- The central location
- I hope this helps. Once again we had a lovely stay on the whole and I would like to personally thank you for your help ……..especially with the loan of the Chinese Take Away menu.

The experience was consistently good and I was very impressed by the attention to detail. Surprisingly spacious, very high quality furnishings, unobtrusive but attentive service and the coolest batcave car park in town!
I have stolen the key and will be moving my stuff in later today.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the apartments and thought they were excellent value for money. The service was excellent – the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and were happy to let us check out a little later than standard for no extra cost when we were worried about the clocks going forward and having to get out of bed early after a big night out! The little extra touches such as the bread and milk and the dressing gowns made the stay feel extra special. We have recommended the apartments to anyone who is going to Liverpool.. My husband, 2 year old daughter and I were absolutely delighted with our stay at Posh Pads. It really was a fantastic apartment in a great location and we will be back in the next few months. I will also be recommending your company to a couple of friends who visit in-laws in Liverpool. I really thought the accommodation was exceptional and wonderful value for money, it is particularly good for families, a real ‘home from home’ and even the cot seemed in new condition! As you’ll no doubt know we visited you last weekend (weekend commencing 20th March 09) as per attached booking confirmation. I wanted to provide you with some feedback regarding our visit, of which you are welcome to use for your website… You’ll probably know that the weekend was booked by myself for 4 people, in order to celebrate 2 birthdays… I booked Posh Pads at the Casartelli because of its location, its high standard of luxury and to a degree its reviews. Can I firstly say that pre-arrival you were extremely helpful, welcoming and organised, sending me information on local restaurants/places to see/visit etc… in a very timely manner. You also offered to book restaurants for us, helping out in any way you could, at this point I was already starting to feel the service was “extra special” very much the service you promote on your website. This level of detail and service continued on our arrival and you made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable for us, again you offered us local knowledge and advice regarding eateries/bars etc… We stayed in apartment 20, of which was really beautiful and not only met my expectations but exceeded them in terms of their luxury and location. Check out was very simple and again very relaxed; you made Posh Pads very easy to do business with, even agreeing that we could extend our check out time because there was not another booking for Apartment 20 that day. We had a fantastic stay and you really couldn’t have done much more for us. All staff we met were helpful, pleasant and cheerful. Having stayed away quite a lot in the last 12 months that is far more of a compliment than it may seem. The champagne on Friday and Saturday mornings was a great touch and we were delighted overall with the quality of the accommodation and location. Thanks again for your great hospitality.
